I initially received large pop top jars that didn’t quite seal like I know they are supposed to. I contacted Stew and sent him a picture explaining what was happening. I was immediately sent replacements that were not of the same batch and what I know to be the best. Top tier quality and customer service!

I ordered a large jar months ago but hadn’t used it until just recently. I finally got some herb to put in it and I realized that it wasn’t concealing the scent like my other 420 jars. Upon inspection I noticed that the seal on the top of the jar was messed up, so I emailed the service team letting them know. They sent me a new top within 2 days!
