Order Policy


  1. At this time, we ship only within the United States, including Hawaii, Alaska, and US territories.
  3. Standard shipping within the Continental US is $6.99 for orders under $100 and free for orders of $100 or more.

  1. The shipping carrier is determined based on the items shipped, the size of the parcel, and the destination. Most items ship from 420 Science via FedEx. Select items are shipped directly from the manufacturer or vendor using their preferred carrier. FedEx SmartPost services deliveries to PO Boxes.


Discreet Shipping

  • All orders ship in an unassuming, unbranded brown box, including our return address on the label.

Lead Time

  • Orders generally ship within 24-48 hours outside of weekends and holidays. You’ll receive a confirmation email after placing an order. Once the order’s prepared to ship, you’ll receive another email, including the tracking number. Depending on the destination, delivery can take 7-10 business days. You can check the status of your order here.

Payment Options

  • 420 Science supports debit and credit cards from Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept payment via Sezzle, a platform that enables paying in interest-free installments.

Order modifications and cancellations

  • We are unable to modify an order once it has been placed. However, you can submit an address change or cancellation request if you haven’t received a shipping confirmation. Simply reply to your order confirmation email or send an email to help@420science.com.
  • Please be mindful that we cannot update a shipping address or cancel an order once the order has been processed to ship. If we’re unable to cancel your order, we’re happy to help you start a return.
  • Please note: an address change or cancellation request is only guaranteed once an agent confirms your request has been processed.
  • We are unable to change billing information. If your order has already been paid for and you need to switch payment methods, we can only refund the original payment method and cancel the order. We cannot transfer payment between payment methods or refund any payment method besides the card initially used.

Replacement Policy

  • In the event you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will replace it. You have seven days from delivery to file a claim. Send an email including your order number and a photo of the item to help@420science.com.
  • Please do not use the item or throw anything away until you speak with a customer experience representative. We may request you return the product.
  • If an item is missing from your order upon arrival or you haven’t received a package marked as delivered, please get in touch with help@420science.com. Missing items and packages must be reported within seven days.
  • If the shipping carrier (FedEx) provides sufficient Proof of Delivery, we will not offer a replacement for an undelivered package. We will assume that the Proof of Delivery is accurate, the package was delivered, and theft occurred between delivery and when you checked for the package.


Return Policy

  • You can initiate a return on unused items within 15 days of delivery for store credit with free return shipping or a refund to your original payment method for a $6.99 shipping fee. Items must be returned in like-new condition in the original packaging and as close to how you received them as possible. Due to Federal law, we will not accept any returned item that has been used. Oversold Products

  • High demand occasionally causes certain items to sell out. If this happens with a product you’ve ordered, we’ll notify you by email. If the item won’t be restocked, we’ll remove the product from the order and issue a refund.
