How much is shipping?
Standard shipping within the Continental US is $6.99 for orders under $100 and FREE for orders of $100 or more.
Shipping rates for Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories are calculated at checkout.
How long does shipping take?
Once placed, orders take 24-48 hours to process and ship. Depending on the destination, delivery can take 7-10 business days in transit.
Will the package have any references to 420 on it?
All orders ship in an unbranded brown box, including our return address on the label—no references to 420 or the package contents.
I gave the wrong shipping address!
Oh no! You can submit an address change if you haven’t received a shipping confirmation. Simply reply to your order confirmation email or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please be mindful that we cannot update a shipping address once the order has been processed to ship.
Please note: an address change or cancellation request is only guaranteed once an agent confirms your request has been processed.
When will my order ship?
I didn’t get my tracking number.
First check the status of your order. You can do so here.
If the order has shipped, a tracking number will be available. The status will show pending if the order has yet to ship.
Once the order is prepared, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email, including a tracking number.
Please email email@example.com if you are still waiting to receive a tracking number after 48 hours.
I haven't received my order - how do I check the status?
You can check the status of your order here. You will need to provide your order number and the email address used to place the order.

My tracking number doesn't work!
The tracking information we provide can take up to 24 hours to process with the carrier. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update before reviewing your shipment status.
Something in my order arrived broken or was missing.
What a bummer! In the event you receive a damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect item, we will replace it. You have seven days from delivery to file a claim. Send an email, including your order number and a photo if applicable, to email@example.com.
Please do not use the item or throw anything away until you speak with a customer experience representative. You may be required to return the item.
