How much is shipping?

We offer free expedited shipping with DHL on any order over $75. The $75 total is after discounts, before tax or shipping charges. Orders under $75 are eligible for expedited DHL service for a flat rate of $4.99.

We also offer UPS Ground shipping on all orders for a flat rate of $7.99, and UPS 2-Day Air shipping on all orders at a rate that varies based on shipment weight and destination.

How long does shipping take?

There are two components to how long it takes between placing an order and delivery: order processing and transit. Please allow 24-48 hours for order processing. Transit times vary based on which shipping method you choose, and those date ranges are visible at checkout.

Will the package have any references to 420 on it?

All orders ship in an unbranded brown box, including our return address on the label—no references to 420 or the package contents. 

I gave the wrong shipping address!

Oh no! If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation, you can request an address change by replying to your order confirmation or sending an email to help@420science.com.

We will make every effort to honor your request. Please note, that a change of address is not guaranteed until an agent confirms that your request has been processed.

Please be aware that once an order has been processed for shipping, we are unable to update the shipping address.

When will my order ship?

Orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.

I didn’t get my tracking number.

First, check the status of your order by clicking here.  

If the order has shipped, a tracking number will be available. 

The status will show as pending if the order has not yet shipped.

Once the order is prepared, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

If you do not receive a tracking number after 48 hours, please email help@420science.com.

I haven't received my order - how do I check the status?

You can check the status of your order here. You will need to provide your order number and the email address used to place the order.

My tracking number doesn't work!

The tracking information we provide may take up to 24 hours to process with the courier. 

Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update before checking your shipment status.

Something in my order arrived broken or was missing.


What a bummer! In the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect item, we will replace it. You have seven days from the delivery date to file a claim. Please send an email, including your order number and a photo if applicable, to help@420science.com.

Do not use the item or discard anything until you have spoken with a customer experience representative, as you may be required to return the item.
