How much is shipping?
In the US, shipping is $4.20 for orders under $49 and FREE for orders over $49 (select $4.20 Flat-rate shipping). You can also choose UPS Ground or UPS 3 Day - the rates for those methods will be displayed during checkout.
How long does shipping take?

Will the package have any references to 420 on it?
All orders are sent in a plain box. Orders sent via USPS Priority Mail simply show our return address on the label - no company name. Orders sent via UPS will have 420 Science in the return address section, but no other references.
Why is 18+ signature required for delivery?
The products we sell are intended for adults and are to be used for tobacco and legal herbs only.
In addition, this provides better tracking and delivery verification. If you’re worried you won’t be available to sign please sign up for UPS My Choice.
You don't ship to my country - what do I do?
We ship to the United States only. We do however have distributors all over the world.

When will my order ship?
We’re probably working on it right now. Maybe it shipped while you were reading this. No, seriously, we try our best to ship all of our orders as quickly as the three humans in our warehouse can possibly pack and ship orders. Typically your order will ship the day after you placed it. If you placed your order on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday we will be shipping your order the following Monday or Tuesday. You can use your email address and order number to check your order status here.
I didn’t get my tracking number.
First use your order number and email address to check here if your order has been shipped yet. If your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be available there. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet it will say pending and will be shipping very soon.
We also emailed you a tracking number as soon as the order is fulfilled. Maybe it’s in your spam folder. Add the email address email@example.com to your address book so you get our emails.
I haven't received my order - how do I check the status?
You can check the status of your order right here. You just need your order number and the email address you used when ordering. Your order number was emailed to you when you placed your order. If you didn’t get that email check in your spam folder. Add the email address firstname.lastname@example.org to your address book so you get our emails.
My tracking number doesn't work!
We know you’re really excited to get your order and you want to see where it is every step of the way, you just need to have patience young grasshopper. The tracking information we send you can take up to 24 hours to process with the carrier. If you just got the tracking number it’s probably not going to work just yet, try it again in the morning.

To prevent fraudulent orders. We take fraud very seriously. We work closely with law enforcement to pursue and fully prosecute any credit card fraud that occurs.
Do 420 Jars come with lids - what are they like?
Yes! Every jar we sell comes with a lid. And you can purchase replacement lids here.
The Classic Series of Pop Top 420 Jars have a glass lid with a plastic gasket ring to seal in the freshness.
Clear and Amber Screw Top line of jars feature a black screw-top lid that provides an equally tight seal.
Wide Mouth Jars come with a lid we designed ourselves! It’s food-grade silicone which offers double-wall protection to ensure maximum freshness.
The UV Jars are fitted with a black screw top lid.
Concentrate Jars also feature a black screw top lid.
The Tincture Dropper lids have a glass pipette that reaches almost to the bottom of the bottle.
The Latch Top Jars have a glass lid that hermetically seals on to the jar with the assistance of a rubber gasket.

Why should I use a 420 Jar?

What's the biggest jar you sell?
Aren’t your jars just decorated with stickers?
No way! The designs on our jars are a special glass decal which is applied by hand in our warehouse here in Austin, TX. The decal is then fired on to the jar in a kiln at over 1000 degrees. This permanently adheres the design to the jar for life so it will never chip or wear off. This also means the jar is dishwasher safe for when you’re ready to clean it.

Can I get a custom jar made just for me?
Unfortunately, there's no cost-effective way to do just one jar. If you're interested in getting 144 or more jars with your own design, we can do that. We can usually work with you to put your design on a few different sizes or styles of jars. We need your artwork in a vector file format, lead time is about four weeks and we require a 50% deposit. Are your jars smell proof?
All of our jars are air tight. However, the very strong odor of some things just cannot be contained! Plus handling what’s inside the jar, then handling your jar can leave a residue on the jar that will give off odor. We do not recommend relying on our jars to conceal scent. We hope you’re able to use your jar in an environment where you do not have to worry about smell and can proudly display your stash in an aesthetically pleasing way. If concealing smell is your #1 priority, we recommend going with other containment options that guarantee scent concealment.
Can I get a different design on the jar that comes in the MegaPack?
Yes! At check out in the comments section, please tell us which design you’d like on your jar.
My jar broke!
Why were you treating it so carelessly?!! Just kidding, we understand that sometimes shit happens right after you just enjoyed a little bit of the lovely stash that was in your jar. If you purchased it directly from our website, it’s covered under the lifetime warranty and we’ll replace it! Email Help@420Science.com and attach a photo of the broken jar. Let us know the original order number, your name or the email you used when you placed the original order so we can confirm you did in fact purchase this jar from us. Once we have that information we’ll send you instructions on how to pay the replacement shipping. The replacement shipping is $5 if you’re in the US and $15 if you’re outside of the US.
Does the 420 Scope come with batteries? What kind?
Sure does! It comes with 3 SG3 button batteries that are long-lasting and easy to replace. They're common watch batteries and available everywhere (places like Target, grocery stores, etc.) You can also purchase them from us right here.
Why should I use a 420 Scope?
So many reasons! One is to compare different types of herb; for the first time you'll actually be able to see the trichomes and know exactly what you're smoking. Growers like the 420 Scope because it allows them to check for mites and mold, plus know the optimal time to harvest. Then there's the fun factor - it's a cool gadget and lets you see herb like never before. Zoomed in at 60 to 100 times magnification, some of the views are just incredible.
How do I use the 420 Scope?
We recommend that you begin by setting the zoom at 60 and the focus all the way to the right. Put your specimen on a flat surface and turn on the 420 Scope's LED light. Then rest your 420 Scope directly on the herb and adjust the focus until the image is sharp.
What makes the 420 Scope better than other microscopes?
Several things. One is that the 420 Scope uses a bright-white LED light (instead of regular "yellowish" bulbs) and will illuminate your herb for optimal clarity. In addition, 60 to 100 times zoom is the best magnification to inspect the trichomes. And of course, its size - the 420 Scope is handheld and will fit in your pocket.
How long is the cable on the USB Scope?
The USB Scope has a 52" USB cable that connects to your computer. Power is supplied by the USB cable, so you don't have to worry about power outlets or other cables.

What is RezBlock?
RezBlock is an all natural resin blocking water additive that prevents resin from sticking to your water pipe! Seriously, it keeps resin from sticking anywhere that the water is touching the glass in your water pipe!
What’s in RezBlock?
RezBlock is a proprietary blend of fruit extracts, vegetable glycerin, purified water, and citric acid.
How do I use RezBlock?
Starting with a clean water pipe is best. Fill your piece with water, add 4-6 drops depending on how much water your pipe uses and then take a dry pull to mix. Now use your piece as usual. Change the water as often as you would normally and watch your glass stay clean!
What’s the return and exchange policy on pipes?
You can exchange or return unused glass within 48 hours of receipt. If it has been more than 48 hours since you received the item it’s yours forever.

Snap a photo and then contact us immediately! Any breakage needs to be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Email the photo to us at Help@420Science.com. Include your name, original order number and the email you used when you ordered.
What’s the warranty on the pipes you sell?
We do not offer any warranty on any of the pipes we sell. This stuff is made of glass, be careful with it, treat it well and it will return the favor!

What size bowl, nail or dome do I need?
First you need to know what size the receiving piece is that you’re trying to fit something in to. The most common sizes are 10mm, 14mm and 19mm. Measure across the largest part of the opening of your piece using the metric side of a ruler. Purchase the corresponding size bowl, nail or dome. If you’re still not sure please email us and we’ll help you out.
Is there a warranty on the Helix Vape Pen?
Yes! Grav Labs offers a one year warranty on the electronic parts of the Helix Vape Pen. The warranty covers the battery and the micro usb cord. Warranty does not apply to the coils or the glass. To make a warranty claim, please contact Grav at email@example.com. You will need to provide proof of purchase to make a claim. If you don't have proof of your purchase, please email help@420Science.com and we can give you a copy of your invoice.
I’m having issues with my Kannastor Grinder. What do I do?
Please contact Kannastor directly. We are a re-seller of this product, but it is covered under a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase. All claims need to be be submitted to Kannastor with valid Proof of Purchase and photo documentation of the product issue. Email them at firstname.lastname@example.org to make a claim. What size Dime Bag should I buy?
The dimensions given for the Dime Bags are the overall outside dimension of the bag. You can plan to fit a pipe that’s about 2” shorter than the size of the bag. For example, a 7” long pipe should fit well inside the 10” Dime Bag.
Will you send me some samples?
While we do not send free samples of our products, we do offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Which means if you order from us and find the item isn’t right for you we'll provide a shipping label for you to return it to us. We’ll refund you the price of the item as soon as we get it back. Are 420 Jars and 420 Scopes sold in a store near me?
Probably. We sell to thousands of stores in the US, Canada and all over the world. Hopefully you can find our stuff at the smoke shop you frequent.
