    Sending something back our way? No problem.
    We can only accept returns or exchanges on unused products. If your product has been used, contact us first to see if you are eligible for a return. Returns or exchanges need to be initiated within 48 hours of receipt.

    For WRONG ITEMS / BREAKAGE:

    Did you get the wrong item in your order? We'll fix it! Just let us know right away.

    Did something arrive broken in your package? Please email us a photo of the broken item & let us know what it was at help@420Science.com and we'll replace it immediately.

    For RETURNS:

    We can only accept returns or exchanges on unused products. Returns or exchanges need to be initiated within 48 hours of receipt.

    So you need to return or exchange something with us? Let us take care of that for you & we'll even pay for shipping.

    Please email help@420Science.com. Be sure to include your original order number and the item you'd like to return. Don't have your order number? No problem, just give us the name you used on the order or the email address & we'll email you a shipping label to send the item back. Once we have received it we'll credit your original form of payment for the amount you paid for the item minus shipping.

    For EXCHANGES:

    Please email help@420Science.com. Be sure to include your original order number and let us know which item(s) you'd like to exchange. Don't have your order number? It's OK, just give us the name you used on the order or the email address. Let us know in the email what you'd like to send back and which item you'd like in exchange. We'll send you a label to ship back the items you don't want and once we get them, we'll send you the items you do want. If there is a difference in price we will get in touch with you to pay the difference or if we owe you, we'll just refund the difference to your original form of payment.

    Please make sure any and all jars you are shipping back to us are clean and unused. If you have put anything in the jar, please make sure you thoroughly wash it out before sending it back to us.

    Glass Pipes, Parts, Vapes, Nails, Domes, Dabbers, Torches etc. - If they've been used, we can't accept returns.

    Dime Bags - They must still have the Dime Bags tag attached and be in the original plastic bag.

    Grinders - If a grinder has been used, we cannot resell it. That means we can only accept returns on unused grinders in their original packaging.
