I love the bowl and have been using it regularly for the past year. The other day, it bit the dust. The handle screws into the side of the bowl and acts as a "key" to hold the whole assembly together - the bowl, the inner sleeve, the screen. The threads on the handle hole have become oversized with use and now the assembly falls apart when handled. 2 stars for calling this bowl "indestructible" when it is far from it. I've contacted customer service to try their lifetime warranty. Fingers crossed.

This bowl is all inclusive and literally indestructible. I break anything I touch made of glass. I got a silicone water pipe (unbreakable). I broke the glass bowl that comes with it within 2 days! This is genius for us butterfingers!
