Finally got my product and used it for a few hours the next day it did not work anymore. I am so confused because I never dropped it or tried to clean it. I had one before and it broke so I waited a year to buy another and same result this time it was within 24 hours. I don't recommend this product use coil atomizer!

Hey Sunsira, Something that we have found to have worked in the past is cleaning the contact points between the atomizer and the battery with isopropyl alcohol and a q-tip. Sometimes, even a small amount of debris can prevent the pen from working properly. If that doesn't fix the issue, just reply to this message and we will make sure this gets taken care of for you.

First off this is a genuine LINX brand replacement atomizer. The body is 304ss the chamber is ceramic. Your concentrate never touched any coils or wicks. This is the cleanest and best way to vape concentrate.

It melted in a couple days. Had atomizer replaced. Only tried it once since. It doesn't give a thick cloud and seems like it's not even working but it's working great. Big difference between shatter and flower

Atomizer arrived but came apart on first use. Upon contacting about another a replacement they went ahead and sent me a new one at no charge and said I didn't need to return the bad one. Thanks!!!
