This item is really durable and last a long time I purchased my first one 2 years ago and recently purchased a second the first is still going.

The product is amazing and the customer service is exceptional

Took a minute or two to figure out it works but once I did, it’s great! Battery doesn’t last that long but I can deal with that!

Easy to use i love the pre heat function. 2-3 puffs and it's as easy as that
