United StatesIt's hemp wick.
Its hemp twine soaked in bee's wax. I bought it here because it was convenient since I was buying a pipe already. It seemed like a decent price but what do I know?They shipped it. I used it. Sorry if I can't think of anything exciting to say. It worked and I didn't burn my house down.
