The battery arrived damaged. The end of it appears to have been broken off and then glued back on. Needless to say, it doesn't even turn on even after several hours of charging. I'm waiting to hear back from customer service and am hoping to receive a replacement.

Got one and it just wouldn’t charge up. Got a replacement but got the same problem!! Bad batch?
I have really enjoyed using the Atmos nano. Holds a long charge and charged relatively quickly. Easy to change preset voltage levels. I am currently using the third cartridge on the battery I continue to be pleased with this device!
One didn't work. I contacted manufacturer and they send me another one that worked.
