It was very bad. Ive been wanting this vape for a long time and when I got it I was overwhelmed with disappointment. Its too hard to pull from, there is ZERO flavor, the battery dies way quicker than expected and the product is barely vaped so I'm also wasting product/money. If I could return this thing I would.
Hi April, Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review on this item, though we are sorry to see that your experience with the product hasn't been great thus far. Some tips to get better use out of the Linx Gaia would be to first grind the herbs finely and use the tool located in the bottom part of the vaporizer to push it in the heating chamber. The chamber should be full, and the material should be gently packed, but not to an extent that might make it more difficult to inhale. There will still be some draw resistance regardless of the pack, but that is how the device was designed. We recommend that you start vaping with lower temperatures, around 375F. Once the vapor becomes less dense, increase the temperature to about 400F to make sure that you are vaping everything. For best results, take long and even draws. They shouldn’t be too intense, though if you want to make large clouds. You can also stir the contents of the oven every couple of draws to make sure everything vapes evenly. The Linx Gaia is a session vaporizer, which means that for an optimum efficiency you have to use all of the content of the chamber in one session. If you have any other questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to ask.
