terms of service To be an authorized affiliate of 420 Science, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this agreement. * Sign-up Bonus: We\re currently paying all new affiliates a $10 sign up bonus that will be credited to your account balance immediately. When your account reaches $75, we\ll send you payment via your preference of Check or PayPal. * Commissions: Commission will be paid to Affiliate members for sales of products through the 420 Science network of websites (which includes, but is not limited to 420science.com, 420scope.com, 420jars.com and pipe-wipes.com). Tracking is done by cookies which expire 24 hours after affiliate link is clicked. * Commission Payment: A minimum of US $75 commission must be accrued by an Affiliate member before any payment will be made. Payments of US $75 or over will be sent to Affiliate members by the 10th of the month for all authorized sales in the prior month. * Term of the Agreements: The term of this Agreement will begin upon our acceptance of your Affiliate application and will end when terminated by either party. Either you or we may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party written (or email) notice of termination. You are only eligible to earn referral fees on sales occurring during the term. * Limitation of Liability: We will not be liable for indirect, special or consequential damages, or any loss of revenue, profits or data, arising in connection with this Agreement or the Program, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Further, our aggregate liability arising with respect to this Agreement and the Program will not exceed the total referral fees paid or payable to you under to this Agreement. * Modifications: 420 Jars, LLC may modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, at any time and at our sole discretion, by posting a change notice or a new contract on the 420 Science web site. Modifications may include, for example, changes in the scope of available commissions, fee schedules, payment procedures, and Affiliate Program rules. IF ANY MODIFICATION IS UNACCEPTABLE TO AFFILIATE, AFFILIATE\S ONLY RECOURSE IS TO TERMINATE THIS AGREEMENT. AFFILIATE\S CONTINUED PARTICIPATION IN THE AFFILIATE PROGRAM FOLLOWING announcement of a contract change or a new contract WILL CONSTITUTE BINDING ACCEPTANCE OF THE CHANGE.
